Terms & Conditions
I hereby agree to the Zero Gravity Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ZERO-G) refund & transfer policy as stated below:
1. Once a ZERO-G program is purchased, the reservation is nonrefundable and cannot be changed. However, a reservation is transferable (as long as not sold as part of the transfer); you may provide the name of the participant taking your place up to five business days prior to the scheduled program. Gift Certificates and flight vouchers are non-transferable and expire one (1) year from the issue or auction date unless indicated otherwise by Zero-G in writing. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Notwithstanding the foregoing, under no circumstances may any reservation, voucher code, or Gift Certificate be sold to any third-party. Any violation of this provision will make the reservation or Gift Certificate null and void, and no refund will be provided to any party regarding such reservation or Gift Certificate.
2. The purchaser acknowledges that all participants will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of ZERO-G, will attend all applicable pre-flight training and sign all participant registration forms including a liability waiver and medical declaration (flight programs only) prior to scheduled program date. In the event that a participant is unable to meet these terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to transfer the reservation to a participant who does accept the terms and conditions and notify ZERO-G. The purchaser also acknowledges that participants are required to adhere to the provided program itinerary. Flight check-in closes two hours prior to the scheduled departure time. If any participant fails to report on time with their required government issued identification, they forfeit the flight experience and will not qualify for a refund or reschedule.
3. ZERO-G has the right to reschedule or cancel a program for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: cancelled airspace, mechanical and/or maintenance, and minimum participant requirements. ZERO-G will inform participants of a rescheduled or cancelled program by written notice as soon as the cancellation has been confirmed or a rescheduled date is set. ZERO-G will make every attempt to notify participants no later than ten business days prior to their scheduled flight program. If the program has been rescheduled, the participant has three business days to choose either a full refund or an alternate scheduled program date. If no choice is made within three business days the purchaser will forfeit the right to a refund and must participate in the rescheduled program. If the program has been cancelled, a ZERO-G representative will contact you with options including a full refund. Refunds are processed within 4 to 6 weeks of refund confirmation. Refunds will not be issued for reservations made using a ZERO-G Gift Certificate.
4. In the unlikely event that any condition prevents ZERO-G from flying, ZERO-G will make its best effort to reschedule the flight within 48 hours of the scheduled flight date. If ZERO-G is unable to reschedule a flight within 48 hours, the purchaser can either receive a full refund or book a seat on any other available ZERO-G flight within 12 months of the original scheduled flight. The extent of ZERO-G’s liability is limited to refund of the price paid for the ZERO-G program and/or Non-Flyer Package.
5. ZERO-G is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the purchaser or participant due to rescheduled and/or canceled programs. ZERO-G strongly encourages the purchase of trip cancellation insurance for all participants.
6. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions, if the customer is unable to travel to a scheduled ZERO-G program because of government mandated travel restrictions, or because of serious safety concerns involving COVID-19 or any other pandemic health issue making it unreasonable for the customer to travel to the ZERO-G program, and the customer notifies ZERO-G in writing thirty (30) days or more before the scheduled ZERO-G program that the customer cannot attend such ZERO-G program because of the above reasons, and ZERO-G agrees that it would be unreasonable for the customer to attend the flight, then the customer shall receive a credit with ZERO-G, for the amounts paid to ZERO-G, for a future ZERO-G program that must take place within one year of the customer's originally scheduled flight date. In this situation, the customer shall be permitted to take this rescheduled flight based on the original price paid by the customer even if ZERO-G pricing has increased.
7. Any photos or video taken by the purchaser on the flight, or provided to the purchaser by ZERO-G (the "Images"), is for the purchaser's personal use. The purchase must secure ZERO-G's express written permission to use such Images for any use where the Images are published on any publicly available print, broadcast or streaming medium or outlet, including on any website, TV production, film, or YouTube production. Failure to secure such approval will subject the purchaser to money damages of no less than $10,000 USD payable to ZERO-G
